Pour Back.

As a creative we often pour so much into our creativity and work that we don't get an opportunity to just let our minds rest. That needs to change. As a 45 year old, I have been a creative for two decades of that time and sometimes its exhausting. I applied for a Grant through MAP360 and they selected my idea. I Created POUR BACK: THE CREATIVE CARE COLLECTIVE. Pour Back is a restorative space for creatives who pour into others. It offers an immersive experience to support healing and creative expression.
